Vinyl Pool Renovation

In most cases the entire pool deck is removed, in order to facilitate replacement of the coping, skimmer, jets and underground plumbing system if required. Excavation is often required in areas to repair or replace plumbing, and to install any new features such as steps, waterfalls or spas. A new coping track, or poured concrete or natural stone coping is installed, and the new concrete deck area is graded, compacted and formed. Once the new patio is installed and the pool has a final clean up, and any repair or resurfacing work is completed, the pool renovation is almost complete and ready for a new custom liner. 

Often, a new liner is installed to freshen up the pool without requiring any additional repair work, which is a straight forward 1-2 day process.
